Start with Dashboard, capture loose thoughts in Quick Stash, and turn the real work into Tasks or Checklists. As you settle in, use Habits for repeat practices, Focus Timer for protected work sessions, and Journal for reflection without pressure.

If you are returning after a messy week, start smaller: capture one thing in Quick Stash, finish one Tiny Win, use Mind Sweep to clear Friction, or open Library for one piece of guidance.

Where do I download SquadUp?​

How do I cancel my subscription?​

Cancellation should remain simple and respectful. Use the billing flow shown in your current app build, or contact help@getsquadup.app if you need help finding it.

What if I miss a few days?​

Restart from the next useful step. SquadUp is built for recovery, not streak shame.
