Delete Account

You can delete your SquadUp account from inside the app.

Current Delete Flow​

  1. Open SquadUp.
  2. Go to More.
  3. Open Account Settings.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Complete the typed confirmation step.

What Happens Next​

When the delete flow completes:

  • your account access ends
  • your user-owned app data is scheduled for removal
  • your signed-in app session is cleared

What May Remain​

Some limited records may remain where required for:

  • legal retention
  • fraud prevention
  • payment-provider records
  • core operational security

Inactive Accounts​

Long-inactive accounts may also become eligible for deletion after advance notice.

Inactive-account cleanup is a policy direction and may not be active in every build. For the current inactive-account cleanup direction, see the Inactive Account Policy.

Important​

  • account deletion is intended to be permanent
  • deleted account access cannot be recovered
  • if you have an active subscription, manage cancellation through the relevant app store or billing provider
