Delete Data

SquadUp currently supports in-app data controls for account owners.

Current Data Options

Depending on the build and current account state, you may be able to:

  • clear app data through the in-app account flow
  • export your data from account settings
  • delete your full account from the app

Current In-App Path

  1. Open SquadUp.
  2. Go to More.
  3. Open Account Settings.
  4. Choose the relevant data action in the account area.

What Data Actions Mean

Clear Data

This is intended to remove your account-linked app data while keeping the account path explicit in the app flow.

Delete Account

This ends account access and schedules removal of user-owned data tied to that account.

Export Data

Where supported, the app can generate an export of your account data for you.

Inactive Account Cleanup

To reduce privacy risk and unnecessary storage cost, long-inactive accounts may become eligible for cleanup after advance notice where supported.

Inactive-account cleanup is a policy direction and may not be active in every build. For the current inactive-account cleanup direction, including intended notice windows, see the Inactive Account Policy.

What May Still Be Retained

Some limited records may remain where required for:

  • legal compliance
  • fraud prevention
  • payment-provider obligations
  • service security and abuse prevention
